Gemstone/Crystal of the Month: Septarian

Meditation with the Septarian stone (aka Dragon Stone) this is it’s message:

Am Here for You

I wondered from the sea to plant myself to the Earth

Absorbing the day’s light as my colors shared the brightness of the Sun

Absorbing the evening’s  dew it formed lines and the shades of darkness

As a part of me is old the Earth and Heavens creates me anew

The depthness inside of me will bring you awareness for I have the treasures of land and sea

As I am a grounding stone the wisdom to connect will overflow you

I am strong to bare your sorrows yet gentle to help you heal

The designs I have formed…for you to stare at me for hours on end

Here you will connect to all the elements inside of me

       Water     -    to quench your thirst

       Earth      -    to keep you standing

       Air          -    to take away your pain

       Fire        -    to light your way

Come and find me and ask the Heavens to guide you

You will see me and there I will be as I have waited millions of years to connect with only you

Here I will be until my path with you will end…..bury me if I have broken, give me if it’s your calling or keep me for eternity if that’s your heart’s desire

I will send you my siblings to continue the healing you may be calling

You can display me, wear me or keep me in your pocket

Just remember that my path is to always be there for you

Worry not where my journey will end if without you it may come to be

I am one of the gifts that Mother Earth created from the Heavens above

Know that I will be asked to care for you for it was no coincidence are paths has crossed…for together we will complete each other’s journey

Here I bare all the wonders that I can offer to keep you safe and guided

Just all I ask of you is please don’t forget me….all I need is your acknowledgment 

That we found each other for a new adventure

Now as it has started, together we grow within and add more layers of awareness

Let me know your worries and just ask me for the healing

Do keep me safe from others for it is you that I will only serve

You can offer others similar to me…but I will be the one for you and not another

Remove the energy that has overwhelmed me so stronger I will be again

But do remember the guidance that you have received do share this with others

Now rest my beloved, so that I may continue to inspire

Science/Origin of Septarian Nodule

A tri-color concretion composed of Aragonite (brown), Calcite (yellow) and Limestone (grey).  The word “septaria” refers to any concretion with internal cavities or cracks.  This unique mineral was formed around 50-70 million years ago during Earth’s Cretaceous Period.  Massive volcanic eruptions, the Dead Sea life became enriched in sedimentary rock forming the nodules.  As oceans began to recede the water within soon dried out and massive cracks formed internally and the Dead Sea life crystallized and formed the Arogonite crusts and drusy Calcite crystals.

Meaning and Energy of Septarian Nodule

A powerful grounding stone that awakens one’s connection to Mother Earth and the nurturing energy she provides.  The energy when transferred through you is of ancient origin a combo of 3 powerful minerals that aligns the Chakra Column.  One may experience an “inner awakening” when connecting to the stone driving drastic change and new habits to replace one’s old daily habits.  This powerful stone is a perfect tool to help tap into the past and memories (past life as well).  Can meditate with this stone over your 3rd Eye (brow chakra) can help bring understanding to the past and/or current life.

Septarian Properties and Meanings

A beautiful crystal that is millions of years old and holds a piece of time and wisdom swirling interiorly.  The energy is pure Earth brown, it’s a calming stone so it helps with removing stress and anxiety.  Since septarian is formed of Aragonite, Calcite, Limestone and sometimes Barite (clear/white colorings) it naturally takes on all of these healing properties.

                            Here are the meanings of each of these stones:

    Aragonite         a healing stone that’s excellent for removing stress and anxiety. A calming meditation crystal, it brings solid wood energy into a room or life.  (Brown coloring)

    Calcite             a stone of spirituality, amplifies and clears the energy field and helps memory.  Helps with resentment, animosity as it strengthens character, as well as fighting bigotry and sexism energies.  (Yellow coloring)

    Limestone        connects to the Root Chakra and it is used to ground the body and spirit, it’s also a nurturing stone providing a relief both physically and mentally.  Supportive of change and great for emotional healing.   (Grey coloring)

    Barite/Baryte   (Aka Desert Rose) are excellent tools for grounding and harnessing the Earth energy, it clears blockages in the upper chakras allowing it to heighten your intuitive visionary abilities.      (White or clear coloring)

While I was posting this “Stone of the Month” I realized how perfect this stone is for the Summer which will be starting tomorrow.  This is the perfect time to start enjoying nature and the warmth that the start of summer brings.  New adventures to enjoy, time with family and/or friends exploring a different place that you have not explored or are revisiting.  Hope you enjoy your journey with your Septarian stone for their beauty is amazing and the uniqueness are visibly seen with each stone.  Some you can find as “geodes” normally already opened exposing their inner core, to me they have a strong vibrational pull and if it’s meant to be yours it will call you (a very strong pull) that is too difficult to ignore.  The geodes can run at a higher price range depending on the size so be cautious and meditate on it if you feel it’s beyond your normal price range.  If you live more in your past memories that caused any negativity and/or pain, then use this stone to reflect and let go of that past so you can move forward.
