When you hear the word “Addiction”, what’s honestly the first thing that comes to your mind?  The first thing that comes to my mind the majority of the time is alcohol or drugs, for that turns into a chemical dependency beyond the mental or emotional state.  Yet addictions can be to anything physical, emotional or thoughts actually even with relationships to people or a cause.  The majority of us get so wrapped up in our lives that we don’t take the time to analyze what’s happening with us health wise including the whole person “body, mind & spirit” so it can become to grow into an addiction.  When you start realizing there is a problem even though your love ones keep bringing it to your attention its when  the floor drops on you that it makes you Wake Up and you Face the Truth that you have become an addict.  It is not an easy step to take for admitting that what or whom you like becomes an obsession it can then become an addiction.  There was one...

Emotions=Body Pain/Illness

When I was around 10 or 11 year old I would watch my paternal grandmother taking her medicine and was amazed that she had o many that she took.  I asked her "Why do you take so many pills?"  She just replied "that is what the doctor had her to take for her conditions."  Of course for me that was to simple of an answer and I let her know that I felt it was too many and they had to work against each other.  She tried to assure me that it was alright for the doctor wanted her to take them for her to get better.  For me I felt that she was actually getting worse and I kept being concerned.  Years later the medicines were lessen because they were working against each other, so why was a young child aware of this and the adults were not?  Children are open to divine answers and messages so they listen with an open mind and heart.  My inner being (soul/spirit) received a message and as a child I was more receptive so there was no second guessing.  ...
