I always thought that with age, wisdom will always follow.  The truth is if you have not learned the lesson then you have not received the wisdom to make better choices.  Relationships are the hardest of all it seems
that as all of us have learned men and women are sooo different in every way.  Which has its good points but then trying to make the relationship work with as little arguments as possible just makes it impossible, if you can get your man to talk in the first place.  Trust me I dont hate men I love them in every way, the problem is trying to figure out what they want in a relationship besides sex.  Which even that is confusing on what they really want and why they want it in such a different way then us women do.  That has been a question that when they try to answer it I still cant get it.  I have learned one thing to just pick and choose what is the most important facts I really want to know.  One question that I really would like to know is why is it so hard for men to be honest on how they feel and if they still want to be in the relationship.  They act at times if we will fall apart if they just stop loving us and leave, so it seems they stay in the relationship even though their heart and desire is not in it anymore.  So they either suffer and take it or they have an affair to get back the feelings that they lost.  Just man up and deal with the response there might be a simple solution which in the long run will make your relationship better and maybe even spicer.

The Cries of the Body Even though I have always been sensitive and aware of my body’s reactions to the external and internal substances, I just realized at 62 years wiser (LOL) how much I do try to control my surroundings, situations, as well as my body to follow my thoughts and desires.  For many years since my early 30s I was diagnosed with Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and was informed if not controlled in later years it can turn into Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar aka Diabetes).  A part of me knew it was due to stress for it did occur after my massage course and studying for my massage license.  The divine guides which is also what some call “inner wisdom” there were messages that was given about taking time to relax and meditate.  There was information given to me from specialist in the Health industry as well as books I read to separate my meals into smaller portions so I will eat every 2-3 hours in the day which helps also with your metabolism which is the p...

               When there is a crisis going on in the world, we look around to figure out what is going on.  Who can we put the blame on so we can build up our hatred and disapproval.   The real answers lie within all of us and ALL  of us are to blame.  We feed others with our negative thoughts and words.  There is the pointing of the fingers but no one points at themselves, just complaining about what the standards of protection are, the inconvenience brings, how we feel trapped, etc., but some have not tried to see how to contribute to find a solution.  It's amazing the ones that cry and complain the most are the one's that seem to be more of the problem then the solution.  There is a continuous hatred among all of us (myself included) for none are excluded, (there are very few humbled souls but unfortunately they are the minority) not even those that consider themselves the victims.   Even in th...
